Through years of experience and education I have applied what I have learned to help people lose body fat, increase lean body mass and achieve their fitness goals.
In 2008, I developed the Fit Body by Phyl Body Transformation Program ,which is a total lifestyle program incorporating proper nutrition and exercise in order to get the body my clients have always wanted. The success of this program has been rewarding and inspiring for me! It is gratifying to see clients change their bodies and lives!
I also co-founded Fit Bodies Bootcamp fitness program for kids and adults. I have been published in Montreal en Sante Magazine,, and was the fitness columnist for the Suburban newspaper..
My philosophy has always been about wellness, fitness of body, mind and spirit as a holistic program and I hope to continue my journey for many years to come.
