How it works
After an initial free consultation and detailed fitness assessment, including:
With the information, I'll create a fitness program customized for you. I shall also guide you through the workout keeping you on track, never pushing you too hard and make sure that you work out safely.
Flexibility of options
You have a choice of various options that fit your schedule, budget and training requirements. From personal one-on-one sessions, group training classes or corporate fitness. Training can be done in 30 or 60 minute sessions.
I offer personal coaching anywhere in Montreal. I can come to your home, your gym or create a program for you can take while travelling.
I am nationally certified with current CPR and First Aid training. I also have qualifications such as nutrition coaching and can provide you with a complete eating plan along with your workouts.
