Dear Phyl,
I want to thank you for a terrific “Fit Body by Phyl” experience. A few years ago, I had lost a lot of weight, but gradually over the last two years,
I regained much of it, and was very frustrated with myself. I had 11 pair of pants in the closet with the price tags still on them that I could no longer fit into.
Therefore my purpose in taking your workshop was to kickstart me onto the right path. My hope for the 6 week workshop was, at worst, to lose a few pounds,
and at best, to fit in those pants.
Imagine my surprise when, thanks to you and a little determination on my part, I took off an amazing 16 pounds and 15 inches in six weeks!
I went down from a tight size 16 to a comfortable 12, and am happy to say, all of those new pants now fit well.
Your program requires commitment, but if one is willing to make some changes, and stick with it, the rewards are great. Your encouragement, support,
and easy availability made “Fit Body by Phyl” an experience to remember. And winning the weekend at Mt. Tremblant for losing the most weight in my
group was the icing on the cake.

and the fact that my clothes weren't fitting anymore was becoming a loud warning siren.

I revised my schedule and found there was more time than I realized I had to fit in a new workout routine.

I just wanted to give you an update.
I was a participant in your September 11th, 6 week workshop.
I won the 6 week challenge by losing 13 lbs and many inches.
Here we are 6 months later and I have lost 40 lbs (from 181 to 141 lbs),
I am now a size 8 (from a 2XL). I run about 20 miles a week and go to the
gym or workout at least 5 times a week, I am addicted.
By following the basic rules you taught us, I have been able to continue on my way and am now 10 lbs from
my goal of 130 (I am 5 ft 4). I tell everyone who asks me how I did it about your program and tell them to
visit your website, I just wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart. I truly believe your program saved my life!

Your program is amazing! It was just the right push I needed. I found it easy to follow and although I ate well enough before,
I still learned a lot from the guidelines you set in your program. Breaking up the foods in smaller portions and eating more often
is really key.
The exercise was challenging and I feel much more energetic. I am slowly increasing my training intensity and keeping
this program as a lifestyle change. I am getting into some of my old clothes again and it feels great!

On Jan 12, 2009 I joined Phyllis' 6 week exercise and weight loss program after being tired of how I looked and felt.
I have just completed the program and have lost 12 lbs as well as approx. 9 inches.
Definitely, if you stick to her regime it works. Her exercise programs are easy to follow and as I found out even the busiest person can find at least 30 minutes per day.
As far as the diet is concerned it is not difficult to follow as you are not starving and you eat very healthy and just make the right decisions for yourself to be able
to maintain a better life style. All it takes is organization to plan your meals in advance.
I would highly recommend this program to anyone.

In June of 2008 I joined Phyllis’s 6 weeks to your best body program. Over the next 12 weeks I lost several inches on my waist, and dropped just over 20lbs.
Her program works! Its 30 mins workout are ideal for a busy person who does not have the energy or time to spend hours at the gym.
Her routines require very little equipment and are very effective at fat burning. The carb rotation works! The idea is to manage portions and eat the right foods.
The program gives us a great foundation that can easily be included in our daily life.
I would recommend Phylis’ program to anyone, in fact I have and those who tried it, all rave about it and how easy it is to lose pounds and inches with her system.

Hi Phyllis,
I have been working hard and following your program to the “T”. I had some recent pictures taken and just thought
I’d send them to you to show you the difference 4 weeks on your program can make. I love the program. I have tried
the Taco Soup recipe and my whole family enjoyed eating it.
Another thing I forgot to tell you, which is the most important fact…. My blood levels have dropped dramatically!!!
Whereas I used to wake up in the morning and they were at an 8.0 - 9.0 level (which is medium high) they are now ranging
between 5.0 – 6.0 which is the target rate and have been like that for the past 3 weeks. So once again I thank you!!!!

(and quick responses to my questions) really helped me out a lot and gave me the push that I sometimes needed.

This program REALLY WORKS! I have done so many fad diets but this the first time I have ever made a real change in the way I eat.
At the first session I thought "what have I gotten myself into? I can't eat like this."
When I started to to understand the nutritional value of the foods I was eating, I was shocked. I really ate crap! But I've actually
enjoyed eating healthy and I am NEVER hungry. I even like the exercises and I got used to doing cardio (which I always hated).
It makes a big difference when the work-outs are only 30 minutes.
The program is fantastic but you have to be ready to make some changes, and you're going to sweat like crazy in the workouts!
But it's soooo worth it!

Hi there,
I've just completed the first six week program of Fit Body By Phyl loosing a total of 12 lbs and 14.95 inches.
I was the biggest looser in my group, but the truth is ... no matter where I came in I would still be just as
ecstatic!!! I now know how to exercise and what to eat to stay healthy and shed the pounds that I need to in order
to reach my goal, and to maintain a weight and size that I will be happy with again!!!
It took me about two weeks to get used to and understand the program which really is no time at all when you think
about what I have accomplished so far...
Phyllis is a great motivator and a very real person who happens to have a great sense of humour. She is also a lot of fun to be around!!!
I physically and mentally feel so much better then I have in a long, long time!!! I don't even have to think twice about what I can
and cannot eat ... as long as I keep my fridge and pantry stocked with MY foods ... I'm good, and it makes it very easy!

I just wanted to thank you for convincing me to do what I call the "Phyllis Plan". I have never been a diet person nor have I ever been on one.
The word diet usually scared me. However your plan is not a diet it's a way of life and one that fits my life very well.
I'll be honest with you I had some stuff that was not on your plan but I stuck with the game plan. Ever since I've been following THE PHYLLIS PLAN
(which is what I call it). I have lost close to 10 lbs and gained muscle on my body. Every where I go people notice the weight loss and the toned
body. And when they ask how I did it my answer is "I did it with Phyllis".
I am very happy with myself and my accomplishments by being on your excellent plan. I thank you for all your guidance and keeping an eye on me at
the gym. Just so you know that this is my game plan of eating from now on. See you when I get back from Turkey.

I joined Fit Bodies by Phyl because a girlfriend offered me your 6 week program as birthday gift (she joined it too).
What a wonderful idea. She has offered me a gift of health & fitness and help in making wise nutrition choices for life.
Honestly, I was not sure what kind of results I would see with your program & how well I could follow it (nutrition wise)
because I had already begun working out and watching my food consumption since last December and was/am proud of the results from my efforts.
My main objective was to lose my last 5 lbs and tone my body. My main weakness being my thighs and by butt
and of course we could always use a smaller waistline.
My results after 3 weeks on your program have allowed me to say a big THANK YOU to you personally and to your program.
I even want shout out…..YOUR PROGRAM WORKS….IT’S AMAZING!!!!!... Personally my favorite part of the program is the WORKOUT ROUTINE.
I like the way you separate the cardio days for workout days. It makes it easier to want to sacrifice a little 30 minutes a day.
My results are great. Overall I have lost 4lbs and a total of 7.5 inches. Of particular interest to me are my WAIST which
shrunk 1’’ and 2’’ (2’’ below belly button) and my HIPS which shrunk 2.5’’.
