What’s great about Phyl’s 8 week meal plan is that it helped my husband and I set a goal for ourselves and actually stick with it!

I met Phyllis about 8 years ago, when I took her Tai Boxing class at the West Island Jewish Community Centre.  Phyl new almost everyone's name, and the classes weren't  small. She made me feel special every time she said my name. Imagine, a class with close to 25 people, and she used my name when correcting me. I knew this was an instructor who truly loved what she was doing.   energy was not only encouraging, it's inspiring!

I later decided to try Monster Gym. I'd go upstairs to work on the elliptical machines and I'd watch Phyllis train people. I loved watching her in action. It took me about 3 month for me to decide I wanted to be one of her clients.

Phyl`s workouts have yet to bore me and I've been training with her 2 times a week for 5 years!!!. Because Phyl  has over 32 years experience as a personal trainer,  changes things up for every workout makes it that much more exciting for me!  I finally fit into a size 7 jean.

Phyllis is dedicated to bringing outstanding results and I truly feel blessed to have her as my Personal Trainer. She is punctual, organized, motivating and inspiring.  She really cares.

I started training with Phyllis 5 years ago and she brings on the workout every time!

I am always too busy to take the time to thank you for what you have done for me. 

As you know, I have been using personal trainers on and off for the better part of 20 years.

I never stuck with one because of the tedium and lack of real interest on my part. 

Since I started training with you I see a transformation in both appearance and energy level. You always arrive in a good mood and with an over abundance of positive energy.

Honestly, it is infectious!

What seems to set you apart from all of the others is your genuine interest and passion for what you do.

I commented that it was easy for me to get bored, and immediately you changed our routine and try your best to keep it interesting week after week.

As well, you are sensitive to my body and any injuries I have experienced in my past.

Angles, weight, intensity, all are adjusted to get the maximum work-out without traumatizing the area you wanted to isolate. Your ability to recognize weaknesses and focus on rebuilding muscle groups that have not progressed is also most beneficial.

I look forward to our work-outs, see a real positive and sustainable change and most important, am motivated.

When I joined FitBodyby Phyl  boot camp in the fall of 2010 I had already tried several other workout programs and therapies. This is was three years after a serious leg injury and surgery that left me with pain and weight gain from lack of mobility.   I could hardly do some exercises the first few classes. But I kept working at my own pace and thanks to your professional guidance and encouragement I became stronger and stronger with each class.  Your constant attention to good form ensured I maximized each training class. And your personalized touch helped me adjust some moves to my problem areas to avoid injury while still working on strengthening.   Even before the completion of your 12-week program I was feeling great. I started training with Phyllis in the beginning of my pregnancy because I wanted to keep the weight gaining under control. Phyllis was not only super in making sure I was comfortable and feeling ok, but she also managed to kick my butt and make sure I was really getting a solid, safe, workout. Now that I have had my baby, I continue to work out with Phyllis because I know what a dedicated trainer and good person she is. She wants my success almost as much as I do and I can feel that as we are working out. Dependable, reliable and truly knowledgeable, I am so glad I was put in touch with Phyllis all those months ago! Beach body, here I come :-)
