I met Phyllis about 8 years ago, when I took her Tai Boxing class at the West Island Jewish Community Centre. Phyl new almost everyone's name, and the classes weren't small. She made me feel special every time she said my name. Imagine, a class with close to 25 people, and she used my name when correcting me. I knew this was an instructor who truly loved what she was doing. energy was not only encouraging, it's inspiring!

When I joined FitBodyby Phyl boot camp in the fall of 2010 I had already tried several other workout programs and therapies. This is was three years after a serious leg injury and surgery that left me with pain and weight gain from lack of mobility. I could hardly do some exercises the first few classes. But I kept working at my own pace and thanks to your professional guidance and encouragement I became stronger and stronger with each class. Your constant attention to good form ensured I maximized each training class. And your personalized touch helped me adjust some moves to my problem areas to avoid injury while still working on strengthening. Even before the completion of your 12-week program I was feeling great. My core was strengthened, which gave me pain-free mobility, and I lost the extra pounds. I was so happy I wanted to cry.
